Digital downloads
Files are delivered immediately after payment, so all sales are generally final once the files have been accessed.
When we will make it right
If a file is damaged, won't open, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will replace the file or refund the purchase.
Download trouble
Download links for protected files expire after a short time for security. If yours has expired, reopen the confirmation link from checkout or contact us and we will send fresh access.
